Executive teams set strategies for a company. They agree on the critical fundamentals of the target, what segment will focus on reaching/selling/serving, and how our brand is positioned. If a company isn’t aligned, then things go off track.

Sales may focus on outreach to a target that is the best fit for your solution. Marketing can be messaging the wrong individuals with titles that don’t have the pain point you solve. Operations might be creating systems and processes for too many “one-offs” – that don’t fit your mission.

Think of a wheel on a car.
