When I was a kid, I was fortunate to have my Dad as my baseball coach for many seasons. He was patient and knowledgeable. My Dad understood that if I wanted to keep improving my baseball skills, he could only take me to a certain level.

He explained to me that coaching isn’t a single event – it is a commitment to continuous learning, challenges, and growth. Perhaps the most valuable thing my Dad did for me as a baseball coach was to listen and be attentive to my progress.

As I outgrew his ability to help me, I needed a baseball coach with more skills and expertise. When I went to summer camp, I had retired semi-professional baseball players as a coach. He took me to a new level.   As a pro, he gave me training, guidance, and insight that helped me make the varsity team in high school while I was a sophomore.

Marketing Coaching

Clients that I work with are often small to mid-sized business owners with marketing challenges that exceed their knowledge. Frequently, they had business coaches who got them off the ground. To get to the next level, I get hired due to my marketing expertise, to take a business to the next level.

We work together either weekly or monthly as I guide them to grow their brands. Like the semi-professional baseball coaches, I hold my marketing coaching clients accountable and help them stay focused, test new strategies, and provide a sounding board for support.

If you or someone you know could benefit from this type of marketing coaching effort, reach out to me to begin a conversation. I can help you step up to the plate and improve your marketing batting average.

Today would have been my Dad’s 93rd birthday. I feel his loving presence every day.
