Here is a short list of things I used to do.
I used to go to the bank to take out cash from my account.
I used to go to the pet store to buy litter and cat food.
I used to get two newspapers delivered to my house.
I used to go to a store and bring home VHS tapes that I had to return by the next day.
I used to call a taxi to get to the airport.
I used to answer the phone at home when it rang.
I used to buy film, load it into my camera and take snapshots.
I used to carry a loyalty card on my key ring for the grocery store.
I used to have a key to start to my car.
I used to buy a car from a dealer.
I used to drink water from the tap.
I used to eat red meat.
I used to listen to the car radio.
I used to go to the movies.
I used to watch commercials.
Do you believe your business will go on and on without disruption? What is your brand doing today that will prevent it from falling into lists like this in a year or two?
